Gummy Box Delivery and Returns
Our Gummies work hard to get your order ready for despatch as soon as possible. Large orders take longer to prepare than smaller orders so if you need your order for a particular date please contact us before placing your order so we can make sure we're fully aware of when you need your tasty treats! Small orders for halal pick n mix sweets, retro sweets, gifts and hampers will normally be despatched within 1-2 working days. Favours will normally take longer depending on the size of your order and how many favours you require - please contact us if you need your order urgently.
Our delivery prices are based on the size and weight of your order. We aim to keep the delivery cost as fair as possible.
Gummy Box offers two delivery services:
- Standard delivery service: This delivery service will apply if your order can be sent via Royal Mail and based on the weight of your order, delivery will cost you either £3.40 or £5.65 and delivery will take 1-3 working days after your order is despatched.
- Express delivery service: This delivery service is a flat rate of £8.99 and is sent via 24 Hour Signed for Courier Service. Unless your order is very large you will only be charged a maximum of £8.99 for delivery. As per above our minimum order amount is £3.00, if you wish to order items for less than £3 then only the express delivery option will be available to cover basic checkout costs and delivery.
If you place your order before 1.00pm for halal pick n mix sweets, retro sweets and gifts we will aim to despatch your order same day - this means you will receive your order the next working day! Please bare in mind, large or custom orders will take longer and we'll notify you of how long the order is likely to take once you've placed the order, however it will still be sent via 24 hour courier.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or offer refunds of any sweet related purchased or custom orders such as gift hampers, sweet jars, favours or any other food orders due to the nature of the items as food items cannot then be resold for health and safety reasons. Additionally, once the food items, sweets, have been taken out of their air tight packaging they cannot then be stored for a long period of time nor placed back into their original storage. However, this will not apply if you receive the incorrect order - if this does happen in any event we will aim to resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.
