Our delivery options are based on the weight of your order which is determined by the products you choose.
Why don't we offer free delivery?
Delivery is a natural part of buying online. Online orders are delivered nationwide and do to this we have to use the services of either Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD, Hermes, UK Mail or other courier. These service providers charge a fee. Due to the nature of our products we keep the cost of our products as low as possible and do not include any additional charges. Therefore your delivery cost is calculated in the shopping cart based on your chosen products.
What about if I live outside the UK?
As our items are perishable in nature we do not offer international delivery.
Gummy Box Delivery and Returns
Our Gummies work hard to get your order ready for despatch as soon as possible. Large orders take longer to prepare than smaller orders so if you need your order for a particular date please contact us before placing your order so we can advise when you're likely to receive your order. Small orders for halal pick n mix sweets, retro sweets will normally be despatched within 1-2 working days. Favours will normally take longer depending on the size of your order and how many favours you require - please contact us if you need your order urgently.
Our delivery prices are based on the size and weight of your order. We aim to keep the delivery cost as fair as possible.
Gummy Box offers different delivery services:
- Royal Mail Standard and Economy: This delivery service will apply if your order can be sent via Royal Mail and based on the weight of your order, delivery cost will depend on the weight and speed of delivery you choose. However please note that once your order is despatched we no longer have any control of your order.
- Express delivery service: This delivery service is either 24 hour or 48 hour courier service depending on what is available at the time of your order. Please bare in mind, large or custom orders will take longer and we'll notify you of how long the order is likely to take once you've placed the order, however it will still be sent via 24 hour courier.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or offer refunds of any sweet related purchased or custom orders such as gift hampers, sweet jars, favours or any other food orders due to the nature of the items as food items cannot then be resold for health and safety reasons. Additionally, once the food items, sweets, have been taken out of their air tight packaging they cannot then be stored for a long period of time nor placed back into their original storage. However, this will not apply if you receive the incorrect order - if this does happen in any event we will aim to resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.
